Under no circumstances should anyone ever register in ELMS more than one time. We do not merge profiles to eliminate duplicate profiles, so if you register more than once, it may result in the loss of training credits.
If you have an existing profile and have changed partner, have been rehired, returned from LOA, etc. please e-mail RPSELMSSupport@t-mobile.com to ensure that your existing profile has been reactivated and updated with your current sales code. If you are not able to log into your account, please return to the Learning@T-Mobile homepage and follow the instructions under Troubleshooting. If you proceed with registration for a duplicate account, you will forego your completed trainings.
